Wow, when we bought the crib and dresser this weekend (04/04) they told us that it would take 1 to 2 weeks for them to arrive. Well today (04/08) we got the call that they arrived. Well, those who know me, know I hate to procrastinate, we enlisted the help of Bob (Nina's Dad) and used his truck to get the furniture.Several hours later, we now have a finished baby room! You can see the Miami Dolphins blanket Nina just made for the baby; she made one for me also! Don't worry Julie, when we were in Phoenix last weekend, we bought a Pittsburgh Steeler's fleece and she will be making a second blanket for the baby out of that one. Notice I said second, as the Steeler's are my 2nd favorite team, they will become our second blanket for the baby.
Well, it's late tonight so I am going to get going to bed; 0430 comes early. Hope all is well with you and your family. Oh, and since the last picture didn't show all of the pictures on the crib wall, here is a second pic...
SO excited to see you guys in the blogging world. I'm really looking forward to reading up on your little family. :o)
ReplyDeleteThe crib set looks really nice. Is it one of those that converts to a double bed when you're done with it being a crib?
Congratulations again. Miss you guys!!
